I have distracted him with a chicken nuggets and have switched his ABBA CD for one by the esteemed internet musician Jonathan Coulton. There is still singing but he is no longer trying to translate anything back into the original Swedish.

Also I do not think any of ABBA's songs were written in Swedish.

ABBA did record a few of their songs in Swedish, but the number of their English songs greatly outnumber those with Swedish versions.

Wonderful and delightful, a most entertaining way of spending an afternoon or evening, I agree.
