Mr Sheppard, if you'd be so good, I'd like a short summary of what the response has been from the major NGO's that *aren't* run by friends of mine on my desk in the next couple of hours. I'd specifically like to know which ones are talknig about a need for resources that aren't just the usual drive for warm bodies to help, and supplies to distribute.

If you can find it out, I'd also like to know what Reporters Sans Frontieres are saying about the ability of journalists to cover the situation.
